Pells Gap Estates, Phase 1, is 18 lots. This includes one street , Mockingbird Lane, and the part of another, Bluebird Drive. The plan is to extend Bluebird Drive about 0.7 miles. Another street, Meadowlark Drive, is planned. The map shows the contours and general layout.
