Construction News
The development is being done in phases. Phase 1 was Mockingbird Lane and 700 feet of Bluebird Drive with 19 lots completed in 2005. Phase 2 was additional 1500 feet of Bluebird Drive and Goldfinch Court with 33 lots, making a total of 52 lots completed in 2006. Additional phases are planned.
The streets are designed with 60 feet right-of-way with a beautiful grass sloped drainage to add to the spacious view. The first house was completed 2006, three others were completed 2007, with a fifth house is under construction..
