20. SEWAGE DISPOSAL. No individual sewage-disposal system shall be permitted on any lot unless such system is designed, located and constructed in accordance with the requirements, standards and recommendations of to the state and local public health authorities. Approval of such system as installed shall be obtained from such authority.
21. LOT SUBDIVISION: No lot in the subdivision shall be further subdivided by any owner to create new lots. However, the owners shall have the right to adjust the boundary lines between their lot and adjoining lots as long as no new lots are created. Where there are three adjoining lots, the developer may adjust the lot boundaries on two lots to incorporate the middle lot into the two adjoining lots to create two lager lots from the three lots.
22. BUILDING MATERIAL: No exposed concrete block structures or metal building shall be constructed on any lot unless covered with brick, rock, wood, stucco, or other durable materials. However, metal or tin roofing is acceptable on houses or auxiliary structures. All concrete block foundations shall be covered with brick, rock, stucco, wood, or other durable materials approved by the Architectural and Landscaping Compliance Committee.
24. ROOFS: All roofs shall be pitched not less than five inches in twelve inches, except porch roofs which shall have a minimum of three inches in twelve inches.
25. CAMPSITES: No lot shall be used for public campsites, or any other commercial purpose.
