26. MUFFLERS: All automobiles, trucks, motorcycles and other vehicles shall be muffled in such a way that their operation in the subdivision does not constitute a nuisance.
27. SIGHT DISTANCE AT INTERSECTIONS. No fence, wall, hedge, or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines at elevations between 2 and 6 feet above the roadway shall be placed of permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line connecting them at points 25 feet from the intersection of the street lines, or in the case of rounded property corner from the intersection of the street property lines extended. The same sight-line limitations shall apply on any lot within 10 feet from the intersection of the street property line with edge of a driveway or alley pavement. No trees shall be permitted to remain within such distance of such intersection unless the foliage line is maintained at sufficient height to prevent obstruction of such sight lines.
28. VEHICLE PARKING: All boats, trailers, campers, and motor homes, etc. must be parked in a garage if parked for more than 30 days. All automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, and other vehicles used for regular transportation must be parked on a prepared parking area or in a garage and not on lawns or yard areas. All houses must have a minimum of two (2) car either attached or detached.
29. RETAINER WALLS shall be approved by the Architectural and Landscaping Compliance Committee.
30. SCREENED PORCHES shall used dark colored screens. Bright color silver finish screens are not permitted.
